Music and Chatbox!

Everyone!

I added the music and chatbox in the forum site.
Chatbox and the music player is under the welcome note,
The music player automatically plays anime music, no need to do anything, and I put it into shuffle

huhuhu.. u know wht..
the music just came out & I thought I misclick any button

but yeah, the idea is EXTREMELY COOL.
