well two of them are dead and the other two have lost their touch so yh, rap is dead its all about rock

thats true but not the main focus of my point just pointing out that the artist nowadays don't really do much far as lyrics

well i love rock because it not only can reach into your own personal life with lyrics that will touch your soul; it also has its demanding voice that means you have to be able to sing well

country was the first to tell stories in there songs but rock took over from there

artist put there dreams, sorrow,hate,love and all other emotions into making their music

most actually write their own songs

this is why i love rock(as a general reference to alternative rock and other sub categories)

i love rap but not the rap of today its the artist like nas, juvinile, snoop, tupac, biggie, eminem, common, diddy, dr dre, dmx, and jay z,

these artist are what made rap
